Webinar: Getting support from NDIS for your Parkinson’s
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life. The NDIS is available to people aged up to 65 years of age only, amongst other eligibility criteria.
Jenna Creed, the Director and Lead Support Coordinator of Blue Jay Support Coordination, will provide some tips and tricks for gaining access to and navigating the NDIS.
Jenna’s mission is to empower participants and their carers to overcome barriers and build capacity. She provides the guidance and knowledge required to create and access NDIS Plans that are specifically tailored to each person’s diagnosis and their specific disability related needs. She also assists participants to obtain the very best from their NDIS funding and optimise each of their supports.
Blue Jay is an independent Support Coordination company servicing National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
