National Volunteer Week 2023

It’s National Volunteering Week from 15th May to 21st of May, and we are celebrating all of our amazing volunteers this week! From our Support Group Coordinators, our event volunteers to our Management Committee, we acknowledge that some of our accomplishments would not be possible without each volunteer’s exceptional contributions and enthusiasm to make a positive impact.

We consider our volunteers as Change Makers with a desire to help make a difference in the lives of people living with Parkinson’s and build a supportive and inclusive community for them to live in. Whether they are a seasoned or brand new Parkinson’s Queensland volunteer, we truly appreciate the passion, experience, time and ideas that they bring to our cause.

For National Volunteering week, we are placing a spotlight on all of our changemakers to increase awareness of the vital roles our volunteers play at Parkinson’s Queensland throughout the week!
