Experience the Joy of Movement with Queensland Ballet x Dance for Parkinson’s Australia | 14th May
Parkinson’s Queensland is excited to promote Dance for Parkinson’s Redlands, delivered by Queensland Ballet in partnership with Dance for Parkinson’s Australia. This class has been made possible thanks to the generous funding and support of Queensland Health and RPAC.
Taking place at Redlands Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) on Thursday 14 May, this special event brings inclusive Dance for Health classes to the Redlands community, supporting people of all ages and abilities. Dance for Parkinson’s classes are designed to support movement, confidence and wellbeing through guided dance exercises. Led by experienced Queensland Ballet Teaching Artists, classes are welcoming, accessible and tailored to suit a wide range of mobility levels.
Whether you are living with Parkinson’s, supporting a loved one or simply looking to move your body in a positive and social environment – you are warmly invited to take part.
