World Parkinson’s Day 2023

World Parkinson’s Day will be held on 11 April 2023. It’s an International Day of Recognition to raise awareness of Parkinson’s Disease and its impact on people with Parkinson’s, their carers, families, and loved ones.
To celebrate we are lighting up Queensland purple. Parliament House, Suncorp Stadium, Story Bridge, Victoria Bridge, City Hall, King George Square, Kurilpa Bridge, Breakfast Creek Bridge, Newstead, and more will all light up purple on 11 April in support of Parkinson’s.
