We rely on the generosity of donors like you, allowing us to continue to provide information, education and support to the thousands of Queenslanders impacted by Parkinson’s Disease.

If you are considering leaving a gift to PQI you have a number of options, these include; leaving a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your total estate, a percentage of the residue of your estate, or items of value (such as shares or real estate).

“I give (insert dollar amount/items of value/percentage of my residuary estate) to Parkinson’s Queensland Incorporated (ABN 69 838 771 233) for the purpose of supporting Queenslanders impacted by Parkinson’s Disease. I declare that the receipt of such gift by an Authorised Officer of the organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Executors”.
